For registration activation you will be required to submit a payment of $10 (US Dollars) for a 5 year registration. 

PayPal will be used to process the payment.  You can use a credit card through PayPal.  You do not need to have a PayPal account.

1) Enter a Password you want associated with this Tag ID.     

 

You will need to provide this Password along with the Tag ID value you will be given with this registration if you want to update this registration information.  Please make a record of this Password.  The Password must be 10 to 60 characters in length and can only contain letters, numbers and spaces.  This value is encrypted prior to storing and cannot be retrieved for you from this system.  It is case sensitive.

2) Enter the Message that you want displayed

when someone looks up your Tag ID at this site.

You may change this at a later date (a change requires you to provide your Password and the Tag).  You may choose to initially set this to a simple statement like: "This item is not lost or stolen," however, you will then have to come back in to  this site and enter new information if you ever loose the item or have it stolen and want contact information to be displayed. 

Entering a phone number, mail address, or e-mail address will make this information usable.  However, since anyone can query this information at any time by "guessing" your Tag, please do not provide information that you would not want to share online.  It will not intentionally be shared except through lookup of a Tag value, and your registration tag is non-obvious, but there is always a chance that it will be found out. 

The Message to display must be 10 to 255 characters in length. Note:  ~ and | and ^ will be removed.

3)  Please enter an e-mail address that can be used to notify you of a

reply from people who look up your Tag ID. (optional)

 

This information is NOT part of what people receive when looking up your Tag. 

This is used by TagIDz internally to send you e-mail with a reply from someone who sees your Message after looking up your Tag.

The E-mail information must be 0 to 50 characters in length.

Once you create and pay for your record, please come back to TagIDz.com and send yourself a message by looking up your Tag ID code.  Also, be sure to check junk e-mail and allow future e-mails to proceed by updating your junk mail settings, if needed.

4)  Enter an e-mail address for TagIDz to contact you.

 

 

This information is NOT part of what people receive when looking up your Tag.  This is used by TagIDz  to contact you in regards to your registration. A copy of this registration will be e-mailed to you.  Be sure to check junk mail and update your junk mail settings to allow future notices.

The E-mail information must be 7 to 50 characters in length.

5)  Press submit to create your entry in the system and

to receive your Registration Tag and Payment instructions.
